Welcome to Alvaris. These Terms of Service govern the development of an educational platform for AI interaction encompassing courses on chatbot and artificial intelligence utilization at alvaris.club. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any offering, accessing digital content, or purchasing merchandise from Alvaris, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Services Overview

Alvaris provides professional services related to the design, development, and delivery of educational content on AI and chatbot technologies. Services may include live workshops, one-on-one coaching, custom integration, and ongoing support.

3. Digital Courses and Materials

Our digital offerings include video lectures, e-books, templates, and interactive modules. Access to digital content is granted upon successful enrollment and payment.

4. Physical Goods

We may offer branded materials, printed guides, or hardware kits. Availability and delivery timelines will be provided at the time of purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. Unauthorized sharing of content or credentials is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Alvaris, including but not limited to videos, documents, designs, and branding elements, are the exclusive property of Alvaris or its licensors. No portion may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and products are provided "as is" without any guarantee of specific outcomes. Alvaris makes no assurances regarding the suitability of content for individual goals or particular use cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alvaris shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services or goods.

9. Refund Policy

9.1 Services

Clients may request a refund for live workshops or coaching within 7 calendar days of purchase if no session materials have been accessed. Eligible requests will be processed within 10 business days. If you wish to reschedule a session, please contact us before the original start date. Certain bespoke development projects are non-refundable due to resource allocation; this will be clearly stated in the proposal.

9.2 Digital Courses and Materials

Digital courses and downloadable resources are eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase provided less than 20% of course content has been accessed. Requests outside this window or with higher usage are not possible. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the payment method used during purchase.

9.3 Physical Goods

For tangible items, please ship back unused and undamaged merchandise within 30 calendar days of delivery. Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded.

10. Modification of Terms

Alvaris reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting at alvaris.club. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai.
